Jubail Island launches premier residential complex in Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi-based Jubail Island Investment Company (JIIC) has unveiled Ain Al Maha Village, the latest waterfront residential complex in the Jubail Island project with 240 villas, an estuary park, shopping and dining facilities There is also a children’s play area.

This marks an important milestone in the development of Jubail Island into Abu Dhabi’s luxury residential community and upscale living paradise.

The AED10 billion ($2.27 billion) Jubail Island, owned by JIIC and developed and managed by LEAD Development, will be an idyllic gathering place for six residential villages between Yas and Saadiyat islands .

Set amidst the breathtaking natural beauty and rich biodiversity of mangroves, this landmark community spanning over 4,000 hectares will provide residents with a variety of conveniences and conveniences in a signature new addition to Abu Dhabi Real Estate A seamless blend of sustainable living, luxury and wellness landscapes.

The new release in the development of Jubail Island reaffirms JIIC’s confidence in Abu Dhabi’s thriving real estate market and will support the steady and healthy growth of the economy of Abu Dhabi and the UAE.

The project will also include improvements to Ain Al Maha’s shores and natural waterways, developing Ain Al Maha into an island within an island, with half of the villas facing the waterfront, the developers said.

JIIC said that construction work on Jubail Island is progressing smoothly, with 95% of the infrastructure completed and 40% of the villas under construction.

The new residential project, scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2025, will include 240 beachfront villas on 153 hectares of land. It will be located on the southern edge of Jubail Island, surrounded by water and beautiful natural surroundings.

It added that the village, which will be built in conjunction with the estuary park and waterway, will include a series of quality sea-view residences offering stunning views of the island’s mangroves.

In unveiling the premier residential complex, JIIC said that 90% of its stock is currently sold out, and the launch of Ain Al Maha is a testament to the strength of the capital’s real estate market.

An important feature of the village is the park and children’s play area. The developers say the parks span more than 92,000 square meters and encourage residents and visitors to follow a healthy lifestyle by walking and participating in physical activity in specialized areas including purpose-built tracks and sports fields.

In addition to the residences, the village will include two landmark community centres offering top-notch shopping, dining, education and medical facilities.

A 2,500-square-meter retail complex and a school will be the facilities for one of the centers, while the second will be located in the center of the village, including a mosque and a community center.

The destination will also provide easy access and connections to other villages on the island and the Sheikh Khalifa Highway, while individuals and families can visit the marina and enjoy the kayaking facilities available.

These key amenities will provide additional conveniences for new homeowners and residents, making their daily lives easier.

Mounir Haidar, managing director of JIIC, said that with its own identity, Ain Maha Village has been carefully designed to focus on secluded island living.

“The estuary park and waterway will be a prominent landmark in the village, while the enhanced coastline will provide natural beach frontage, giving people the opportunity to relax, recharge or relax. In addition, the rich mangrove habitat will provide incredible Great view,” he noted.
