After Goyo’s opening, Keys took to the stage and was joined by “Mañana Será Bonito” singer duet “No One.” Fans were in for a treat when the two artists joined forces. New Career Milestones for GALE
For the first time in her career, GALE sang the US National Anthem to a crowd of nearly 300,000 at the Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix in Miami, Florida this week. “I feel like I can do anything after this,” she said on her Instagram account. “I sang the national anthem at the concert @f1 Race. What a dream and honor! Thank you for your love. I will never forget this moment. De Puerto Rico pa’l mundo enterooo. Gibson gives back to Cuba
Gibson Gives donated 52 guitars, along with strings, picks and other musical equipment, to benefit students at the Cuban National Academy of Arts, where musical supplies are in limited supply. “At Gibson Gives, we’ve expanded our global growth over the past year, reaching even corners of the world we never thought possible,” said Playboy Jarrett, Gibson’s CEO said in a press statement. “After two years of negotiations, we are excited to bring, for the first time, much-needed music and equipment to young people with limited supply in music and art schools. Cuban music and songwriting has a rich musical history and global reach; we are delighted to do our part be a part of ensuring that this tradition continues to thrive for the next generation.” Gibson partnered with Derek Walker (Gibson Gives Goodwill Ambassador), who personally delivered the instruments and equipment. Gibson is also expected to donate 100 more Epiphone guitars to the school in the coming months.
