“Ned is a very fit, healthy guy and capable of a lot,” Winslet shared with the publication. “He trains with me so that if I need to practice without a trainer, we’re safe because you really can’t do it by yourself. It’s the same as scuba diving: you have to have a buddy. It’s a sport , it’s the skill and your body tunes up to be able to do that. So having Ned there is really important.”
