NEW YORK, Dec. 1, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — First Responders’ Foundation for Children (FRCF) is pleased to announce that The Walt Disney Company attorney Toni Lupo has joined its Board of Directors.
Ms. Lupo served as lead counsel to Hulu, a Disney entity, where she provided legal counsel on the content distribution agreement for Hulu + Live TV and premium add-on services.she is named super lawyer Magazine as “Rising Star” and Best Lawyers in America Named “To Watch” and “Women in Law: To Watch” in the Entertainment and Sports Law category for the past two years in a row. Prior to joining Hulu/TWDC, Toni was a senior associate with a premier global practice team advising clients on transactions in the media and entertainment industries including but not limited to television networks, streaming services, sports teams, video and mobile games developers and software companies).
