Lead launches new marina community on $3.6bn Jubail Island

[ad_1]

Leading UAE developer Jubail Island Investment Company (JIIC) and Lead Development have announced the launch of their marina community Marsa Al Jubail, a AED12 billion (US$3.26 billion) masterplanned development in Abu Dhabi, on Jubail Island,

Jubail Island, a premium project in the UAE, owned by JIIC, developed and managed by LEAD, will be an idyllic collection of six country residences located between Yas Island and Saadiyat Island.

Nestled among the mangroves, Marsa Al Jubail will offer a fulfilling lifestyle with a focus on nature and wellness, and it will be located in the village of Marfaa Al Jubail.

The developer says the marina community’s white yachts and striking modern architecture will provide residents with a tranquil lifestyle, with the 65-berth marina surrounded by a promenade that ends at the perfect sunset spot on the west end.

A key highlight of the project is the iconic Yacht Club – a modern two-level space that includes an upscale restaurant with alfresco seating on the promenade, as well as a members’ lounge and a gym, among other amenities.

The yacht club will also offer visitors picturesque views from terraces overlooking the marina and waterways, as well as stunning views of the Abu Dhabi skyline, they said.

Set amidst some of the most beautiful natural landscapes in the UAE, the Marsa Al Jubail community will offer 36 luxury villas ranging from 3 and 4 bedrooms.

Designed in an open, contemporary, low-rise, low-impact configuration, the custom villas will offer an integrated waterfront experience — options include stunning ocean and sunset views, as well as marina and waterway views through floor-to-ceiling windows, the developers said.

The interior design of Marsa Al Jubail villas uses light and neutral tones to create luxurious spaces that complement the beautifully landscaped neighbourhood. Featuring state-of-the-art architecture, the home’s large structure allows for an abundance of natural light and contemporary finishes, creating an inviting, open feel, they added.

Mahmoud Dandashly, Chief Commercial Officer, Lead Development, said: “We are delighted to launch our latest waterfront development, Marsa Al Jubail. It will offer residents a boutique, private and tranquil island setting unlike anywhere else in the capital .”

“The luxurious and contemporary villas, together with the iconic yacht club, will offer residents a well-being-centric lifestyle surrounded by unparalleled natural beauty,” he noted.

Marsa Al Jubail also includes a range of community amenities, he said, including multiple dining options, outdoor walkways and a marina promenade – all of which will provide residents with an intimate and private community, nestled in a tranquil island setting. in nature.

The neighborhood’s proximity to nearby luxury developments further ensures a sense of luxury and seclusion away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Marsa Al Jubail is located in the heart of Jubail Island, which has more than 30 kilometers of pristine waterfront surrounding Jubail and offers residents the convenience of returning home by boat or car, attracting those looking for a better lifestyle, Dandashly said.

Nestled in a tranquil natural setting of mangroves and waterways, Marsa Al Jubail has been carefully designed as a walkable small coastal settlement of low-rise and low-impact homes, he added.-TradeArabia News Service
