UAE, a global hub

The UAE enjoys an unparalleled global location (“UAE is a global hub for shaping a sustainable future”, Gulf News, 2 August). It effectively connects the continents of Africa, Asia and Europe. The UAE is not only an amazing global hub due to its geographical location, but also thanks to the hospitality of its people, the leadership of its leaders Action as well as excellent infrastructure. Approach opportunities with an open mind and a high vision, and success will follow, which I believe is the root cause of the country’s success. Sheikh Hamdan, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Executive Council Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum proudly announced that the country aims to globalize its own companies while attracting foreign conglomerates to do so in various ways Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) trade sector.

The country also opens its doors to the brightest and most promising people from around the world, offering the highest standard of living, freehold ownership of first-class properties, and long-term visas (golden visas), all while preserving national talent as an asset to the nation. Additionally, the UAE continues to be a model for sustainable growth and living through its various initiatives, such as the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Solar Park and the Noor Abu Dhabi Solar Power Plant. The UAE maintains its position as an unrivaled global hub for the MENA region, serving as a bridge between cultures, nations and most importantly trade opportunities.

Food Security in the UAE

Reading your article on food bills makes me want to thank the UAE’s visionary leaders, from peace and security to excellent transport systems and medical facilities (“Food bills start to ease for UAE consumers”, Gulf News, 26 August). I would like to know about the availability or availability of food in the UAE, which is one of the basic necessities of life. We never have to face food shortages, as some other countries have in the past two As we did in the middle of the year. Even during the pandemic, our leaders have ensured a smooth supply of our basic necessities.

As a UAE resident for the past 20 years, I have never had any issues with food or other items not being available due to the UAE government’s resilient food safety and supply chain policies.

India’s election strategy

Prashant Kishor has worked with almost every major Indian party during his tenure as a political strategist (“Prashant prepares for long trek in Bihar”, Gulf News, August 29). How much he draws from which party’s ideology is unclear. The article is also silent on Kishor’s political ideology. But to be a lovable and enduring leader, He must adopt a constructive and inclusive ideology.

Shivam Vij is correct. The discontent in Bihar is calling louder and clearer than ever for a new leader who can sell them new hope. In response to this call, Kishor is transforming himself into a mass leader through a challenging route of building a mass base along some of Mahatma Gandhi’s ideals. The release of his year-long Jan Suraaj yatra coincides with Gandhi’s birthday, 2 October. However, he should also fully embrace Gandhi’s ideology in order to be the leader of the country. The grievances in Bihar are not limited to Bihar but are also very different from those in Uttar Pradesh and many other states in India.

Asian Cup: India beats Hong Kong

The letter refers to coverage of the match against Hong Kong, which could be a piece of cake for India (“It happened: India beat Hong Kong by 40 in 2022 Asian Cup in Dubai”, Gulf News, 31 August). However, it would be foolish to see them as a weak team. Of course, it is not a win-win situation for the team. In fact, Hong Kong beat strong teams such as UAE, Singapore and Kuwait. , qualified for the Asian Cup, which is remarkable. And if we look at the stats against Hong Kong last time, the team set a hard target of 286 points and they only lost 26 points. Ironically, In their opener, Mozakat Khan and then-captain Anshuman Rath had a healthy 174 runs. So India should be cautious about experimenting too much, especially when the current three players are at a low point. Don’t get complacent!
