little rock jazz in the park On April 5 at 6 p.m., at the River Market Pavilion, 400 N. Clinton Ave., Little Rock, Little Rock band SynRG will mark the series’ 10th anniversary with a performance.
Free admission. Beer, wine, soft drinks and water will be sold (no BYOB alcohol or coolers provided), with a portion of proceeds going to the Art Porter Music Education, Inc. Scholarship Fund. Lawn chairs are welcome, but seating will also be provided.

North Central Arkansas Artists Union On display at Ozark Health Medical Center, 2500 US 65 South, Clinton are 60 works by regional artists under the theme “Hearts and Flowers.” Kathleen Hadley, Carolyn Kuykendall, Ruth Thomas, Jane Gortney and Vickey McCorkle, all from Fairfield Bay; Vicki Thibodeaux and Mark Davis of Shirley; Joyce Hartmann of Choctaw on 5 15 in the upstairs hallway near the cafeteria and downstairs in the outpatient department during normal hospital hours. This artwork is available for sale; part of the price is used to fund a project for the Hospital Auxiliary. Call (501) 745-6615.

Arkansas Repertory Theater at 601 Main St., Little Rock is offering April 1 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. “Do What You Can” Tickets previews for musicals “Little Shop of Horrors” April 5-6 at 7pm. There will be 150 tickets available for both shows. Tickets are limited to two tickets per person, on a first-come, first-served basis.
