Harrison’s Live Music
Kick off a weekend of southern and coastal flavors at Panama City’s newest oceanfront restaurant. Harrison’s Kitchen and Bar5 Harrison Ave., which will play classic and southern rock live music by GreenHead on Fridays from 6-9 p.m.
Additionally, Harrison’s will offer live music from local musicians every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday starting at 6pm, and Sunday brunch from 10am to 11am

Moxie’s Mental Night
Moshi city center, 425 Grace Ave. will host Psych Night on Fridays from 7-11 p.m. featuring artists, vendors, food and beverages, and live entertainment. Moses’s will also shoot promotional videos for Psych Night and the growing psychedelic scene.
Enjoy live performances by local and regional talent including Soul Machine, Valdosta Psychedelic Masters, Elder Flovvers, hometown Psychedelic Surf Rock and Panama City’s own indie rockers John Ceaser & The Ceaser Salad.

Don’t miss a night of laughter hosted by the city’s most popular comedians. On Saturday night, the Panama City Comedy Group brought the laughter of regional and national touring comedians to Moses’s.Show starts at 8pm, $10 tickets Eventbrite.
Rock Show at Henry House
Enjoy your favourite Irish treats and cold brew coffee, ready to Henry House, 461 Harrison Avenue, Saturday night with live music from Fents The Band. The Montgomery, Alabama-based band will bring its rock show to HoH from 9 p.m. to midnight.

Axe and beer for history class
have a cold drink, Historic Brewing Company, 6 E. Fourth St. On Wednesday, the History Class will team up with the Ax 850 for a fun night of mobile axe throwing. Axe throwing costs $1 per throw or $15 unlimited.

Exhibition at the Art Center
Three exhibits fill the gallery space art Center This month, all works are created by the work of local artists.
The main gallery will feature the “Fired Up” exhibition, featuring pottery from nine local artists: Pavel Amromin, Mary Kay Griffith, Jillian Heusohn, Tammy Marinuzzi, Kelly McLendon, Jaweria Rizvi, Cynthia Smith, Nolan Windholtz and Mandy Yourick.
Works from the Gulf Art League’s annual Royal Flippin Skateboard Competition exhibit are on display at the Miller Gallery. This year is people’s choice, which means it’s up to the community to decide who will be the best show, first and second. Come out to show your support and vote for your favorite deck.
Photographs by local artist Shelton Halstead will be featured in the cafe gallery. Halstead uses manual and digital film to create his photography and uses his exhibitions to showcase the moments he has captured over the years.
All three exhibits will be on display until August 27th. The Arts Center at 19 E. Fourth St. is open to the public free of charge Tuesday through Thursday 10 am to 5 pm, Friday 10 am to 7 pm and 10 pm Saturday am to 5 pm.
