McCook, Nebraska – This year on Saturday, October 7, Priscilla Block will host her Block Party at the Kiplinger Arena at the Red Willow County Fairgrounds Tour. This intimate and dynamic program raises funds to support the community hospital’s mission.

Named an artist to watch by Amazon Music, PANDORA, Spotify, CMT, The Boot, MusicRow, HITS, Sounds Like Nashville, Country Now, Music Mayhem, and more, Priscilla’s honest and candid approach promotes self-love, empowerment, and acceptance through Her own mix of country pop and Southern rock became known as the Block Party sound.
Early in the pandemic, Priscilla began experimenting with TikTok and quickly built a dedicated fan base. Her song “Just About Over You” topped the iTunes All Genres chart within 12 hours of its release, was named one of the best songs of 2020 by The New York Times, and entered on country radio. Top 15. Priscilla’s debut studio album, released in February, includes “Just About Over You,” as well as “Wish You Were the Whiskey,” “My Bar,” “I Bet You Wanna Know,” and more.
Priscilla was nominated for an Academy of Country Music Award, a 2022 New Female Artist of the Year, and a 2022 CMT Breakthrough Video nominee for “Just About Over You.” Priscilla is a seasoned performer, sharing the stage and opening acts for artists such as Dierks Bentley, Jon Pardi, Kelsea Ballerini, Rodney Atkins, Justin Moore and Shania Twain. “This family-friendly event is a way to bring the community together while raising funds and raising awareness of our local healthcare services,” said Jessica Bortner, executive director of the Community Hospital Health Foundation. “The funds raised will support the community hospital’s mission to lead our region toward a healthier future.
Health foundations fund medical equipment, patient assistance, program funding, medical scholarships, and education, and the list goes on. “
