Louis Tomlinson can’t wait to start his UK and Europe tour.
The 30-year-old singer – who shot to fame as a member of One Direction – has confirmed that he will begin his European tour in Hamburg, Germany, in August 2023, and will conclude in Birmingham, England, in November.
Alongside the list of tour dates, Lewis tweeted: “Believe in the future World Tour 2023. UK & Europe.
“I can’t tell you how much this year’s tour has done for me, so I want to hit the road again as soon as possible. Every song I write on the new album has this tour in mind.
“Looking forward to playing something new live. Thank you as always for your incredible support. I know this would not have been possible without all of you! (sic)”
Louis, who released his debut album “Walls” in 2020, has previously admitted it was difficult to transition from being part of One Direction to being a solo artist.
He said: “I’m really excited for the next chapter. My first record, I’m incredibly proud of it, but it’s hard to figure out where I am in this industry, coming from a band of one direction and size. It’s What One Direction is. I’m very, very proud of what I’ve achieved on this record.”
Louis drew inspiration from DMA’s “The Glow” for his own “Faith in the Future” record.
He shared: “On my first record, I thought I was a little closed to the sound I wanted to make.
“They put a lot of fun dance elements into this record [producer] Stuart Price showed me that you can bring in these more stylish sounds, but do it in a truly authentic way. “
