Lydia West loves to “hug” her natural features.
The 29-year-old actress explained that while she used to use makeup as a way to “change her identity,” these days she prefers to accentuate what she already has and believes “overall health” is good for her skin.
She said: “Things have changed a lot: I used to cover my face as a way to almost change my identity, but now I embrace my natural features and I like how beautiful I am now; I like to accentuate my freckles and see real skin, with Dewy and fresh. In an interview with Harper’s Bazaar ahead of the Woman of the Year Awards, she said: “In my day-to-day, I like fresh and natural makeup: brows, highlighter and blush.
