Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Lyle Frank ruled Monday that Madison Square Garden Entertainment violated Section 40-b of the Civil Rights Act by refusing to admit attorneys with valid tickets into its venue.
The ruling is part of an ongoing lawsuit filed last year by attorneys Davidoff Hutcher & Citron against the entertainment giant. The policy is believed to violate civil rights law.
