Abu Dhabi, if you think you’ve stopped basking in the glow of Manchester City’s unprecedented dominance of European football, think again.
Just as winning three trophies isn’t enough to get you celebrating until next year, the club will also be embarking on the newly announced “Triple Crown Tour”. On top of that, we’ve just announced that Abu Dhabi will be hosting the Champions Trophy Ceremony from October 5th to 8th – only three months away!
The global treble tour kicks off in Manchester later this month, with the Premier League, FA Cup and UEFA Champions League trophy also traveling through Japan, Europe, Oceania, the United States and South America.

For newcomers joining Manchester City’s ranks, Abu Dhabi’s partnership with Manchester City Football Club can be traced back nearly fifteen years to the Abu Dhabi United Group Investment Company founded by HH Sheikh Mansour Since then, bin Zayed Al Nahyan has taken the English club to enormous heights. The team’s home stadium is Manchester’s Etihad Stadium, which is planned to cost £300 million to expand and upgrade.
