Luxhabitat Sotheby’s International Realty has announced the record-breaking sale of the most expensive penthouse ever built on Palm Jumeirah for AED 220 million (US$ 60 million).
The deal is for a large penthouse with the shell and centerpiece of managing partner Honey Deylami’s collection of AVA, Palm Jumeirah, in Dorchester.
The 33,406-square-foot penthouse is located on the top floor of the Palm Jumeirah Dorchester Collection AVA, according to a statement from Luxhabitat Sotheby’s.
The penthouses are sold as shells and cores, allowing buyers to design their dream home, occupying four floors.
The property also features a 360-degree infinity pool with views of the Palm Jumeirah, Burj Al Arab and the city of Dubai.
There is also a 200-meter indoor garden on four floors and a roof terrace with a 360-degree panoramic view, which is an excellent place for leisure and entertainment.
Located on Palm Jumeirah, AVA at Palm Jumeirah, Dorchester Collection, next door to Omniyat’s other flagship property, One at Palm Jumeirah Dorchester Collection, will prove to be one of the most exclusive residential addresses in the city.
Amenities include an infinity pool, gymnasium, dedicated indoor spa, meeting rooms, state-of-the-art cinema room, library lounge, conference and business center and yoga studio, it added.
Amid the record sales, Deylami said: “The Palm Jumeirah has proven to be one of the most sought-after locations for ultra-high-net-worth clients. Although there is very limited stock available on the island, both in terms of existing or new developments, the 611 transactions took place on the island with sales of AED5.8 billion in the first quarter.”
Ava is a super exclusive development in the Palm Jumeirah, offering just 17 residences and a stunning 270-degree floor-to-ceiling view private beach, in addition to all the five-star amenities of the Dorchester Collection.
The development will also feature one of the most stunning penthouses in the world, spread over multiple floors, with a private panoramic elevator and private lobby, she added.-TradeArabia News Service
