Matthew Perry receives text of support from ‘Friends’ co-star | Entertainment

Matthew Perry got a text message of support from his ‘Friends’ co-star.

“I’m so sorry for that guy because I know what’s going on in his head and it all has to be kept private. I was on a show that a lot of people were watching and trying to keep a lot of people unaware of that.”

Matthew’s years of addiction led him to take 55 Vicodin pills a day, washed down by a quarter bottle of vodka.

He underwent 15 surgeries to repair a colon that had burst from years of alcohol and drug abuse.
