I hail from Poonch, Jammu and Kashmir, India, with a background in law. Holding a BA LLB Honours degree from the University Institute of Legal Studies, Panjab University, Chandigarh, I furthered my education with an LLM degree from the University of East London. My Area of Interest is legal technology and artificial intelligence law.
In the United Arab Emirates, I established Dar al Haqooq Legal Consultancy LLC in Sharjah, where I serve as the founder and Legal Consultant. My focus is on integrating technology into legal practice, offering services in areas such as financial crime reporting, due diligence investigations, legal document drafting, and representation.
My commitment to staying current with industry trends and harnessing technology to enhance legal processes is unwavering. I’ve had the privilege of representing clients in various legal proceedings, developing privacy policies for e-commerce businesses, and implementing advanced tools like the E-Court system and the E-Police System.
My ongoing pursuit of knowledge in Technology and Artificial Intelligence Law drives me to create more efficient legal solutions for clients in our ever-evolving digital landscape.
