Absolutely. I was born in Italy, into a family of merchants, so business was always in my DNA. After spending a few years in the US, I returned to Italy and joined the family business. However, it was in 2007, during a business trip to Dubai for the GULFOOD exhibition, that I felt a strong pull towards this vibrant city. This led me to set up my company, FGC FOOD INDUSTRIES LLC, specializing in producing Italian products for hotels and airlines. Drawing inspiration from my grandmother, I started a factory to produce fresh pasta and pizza based on her recipes. I believe this unique blend of my past and my roots with my forward-thinking business approach was pivotal in my journey.

Navigating the business landscape, especially with its ever-evolving dynamics and the swift pace of technological advancements, is no small feat. While our food business will always remain at the heart of what I do, I’ve recently ventured into the world of well-being. Yoga and meditation have become integral parts of my life, and inspired by this, I’ve opened a retreat in Bali. It’s a place for rejuvenation and connection. But no matter where my ventures take me, Dubai will always be the place I see myself retiring in
