Melissa McCarthy is sharing the modern message behind little mermaidThe live-action remake of .
ET’s Nischelle Turner spoke with Ursula in person at the film’s premiere on Monday, where she explained what makes this retelling of the Disney classic so “special.”
“I think there’s something special about this thing for me. If we haven’t had parents, we’ve all had parents. We’ve all struggled with what that is. We’ve all longed to figure out what life is about me.
