Mental Health in Higher Education

[ad_1]

Mr. Principal:

According to the “Institutional Approach to Mental Health: The Educational System” diagnosis by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health, 62.6% of higher education institutions have carried out mental health awareness campaigns.

In recent years, the face of everyone has changed, and young people entering higher education are no exception. Academic load, vulnerability from the pandemic in relationships, and backgrounds of origin may affect their mental health. How prepared are we to address the increasingly complex problems plaguing the education system and the pressures of high economic costs facing higher education institutions?

We celebrate 89.1% of colleges with departments addressing student mental health. However, only 57.5% of higher education institutions hold TP. Given the urgency, we believe that higher education institutions must move quickly to early warning and detection systems by applying permanent measuring devices to students so that they can identify symptoms and problems that require timely intervention. But professional advice is required. If we predict in time that our students today cannot afford their working lives, this research predicts an extremely complex social problem. Either we cut corners and share responsibility, or the consequences could be dire.

Consistent and consistent action in favor of mental health will undoubtedly have an impact on the retention and on-time graduation rates of the millions of young people who are betting on higher education today.
