ADRIFT Burger Bar opens in Abu Dhabi
ADRIFT Burger Bar is owned by award-winning chef David Meyers and is just as the name suggests – all about burgers. If the chef’s name sounds familiar, you might remember his successful pop-up at Expo 2020. During the event, as many as 1,15,000 burgers were served to the flocking foodies. Now, the chef has finally decided to open his first permanent burger restaurant in Abu Dhabi. Yes, the Michelin-starred chef is opening his restaurant at Yas Mall on Tuesday 2 May.

How is their menu?
As it happens, customers will be able to order signature burgers, shakes and crackers at the restaurant for a complete dining experience. There are also plans to introduce the 1940s classic AKA the cheeseburger, the ADRIFT burger (pronounced Gruyère, Parmesan and arugula burger) and the Earth Burger (vegan burger). Don’t they have absolutely wacky names? Well, these juicy patties are sure to make the perfect meal combo with exotic side dishes like truffle grilled cheese and curry leaf fries. One that comes straight from a foodie’s definition of heaven! When it comes to the milkshake menu, you can expect to find tantalizing options on the menu here, such as matcha and white chocolate and chocolate and miso caramel. Altogether, these are sure to turn you into a hearty meal for food lovers!
