The Middle East public cloud market is expected to grow at a compound annual growth rate of 21 percent to an estimated AED36 billion ($9.8 billion) by 2027, said Antti Ålander, senior channel manager for BitTitan EMEA.

With IT spending on cloud computing in the Middle East growing exponentially, BitTitan sees greater growth prospects for the region’s business.

“The region will see widespread adoption of public cloud services and XaaS (anything-as-a-service) across a wide range of enterprises in the coming years,” he said.

Improve penetration

A Middle East public cloud market report published earlier this year by Blueweave Consulting mentioned that in addition to artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning services and solutions, enabling enterprises to monitor, analyze and visualize vast amounts of unprocessed data.

“Small businesses in the region, especially in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, are expanding their cloud deployment plans to enable faster business analytics, which will allow their businesses to compete more aggressively in the market and future-proof growth,” added Alander, who will lead BitTitan, the global leader in cloud migration and managed service automation, through its international distribution partner Logicom at Gitex Global, which will be held at the Dubai World Trade Centre from October 10-14. Participation.

The highlight of BitTitan’s participation in Gitex will be the relaunch of a license called Tenant Migration Bundle for Microsoft 365-to-Microsoft 365 Migrations using MigrationWiz, which is intended to be used as part of a toolset for Managed Service Providers and System Integrators, Used to onboard their access to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace in the most efficient way without disrupting customer business.

MigrationWiz automates much of the onboarding project — in particular, scoping and moving existing data from other systems to target Microsoft/Google tenants (or between cloud tenants).

“This enables IT partners and customers to focus on more important issues, such as a fast and non-disruptive onboarding experience from a customer’s perspective, or their engineers to focus on more profitable tasks from a partner’s perspective ,” explained Alander.

Going forward, BitTitan predicts future trends in the use of Microsoft Teams will expand beyond chat, which will give businesses the opportunity to integrate and automate processes in the new interface.

new possibilities

“Another very interesting case is the just-announced collaboration between Salesforce and WhatsApp. This opens up more new possibilities to reach contacts who haven’t completed their shopping carts or who prefer to chat on the phone, and may boost hopes that in the near future sales growth for businesses that improve their sales performance in the future,” said Alander.– arab trade news agency
