Dubai’s Paramount Hotel Midtown has appointed Iryna Simanko as its new Food and Beverage Producer, who will oversee all five of the hotel’s locations and be responsible for the recruitment, training and development of its team.
In her new role, Iryna will oversee the production of some of the finest A-list inspired restaurants and bars, including its all-day dining restaurant CineScope, Signature Italian restaurant Paparazzi, Pool Bar and Lounge Malibu Sky Lounge, Melrose Bar and Lounge , L Café, and private dining and events.
