Minor Hotels to host first job fair in Middle East

Minor Hotels, a hotel owner, operator and investor with a current portfolio of 529 hotels and resorts in 56 countries, will have its inaugural job fair at the Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Dubai Hotel on 3-4 July.

More than 800 characters will be available from different hotels in the event. Almost all departments are hiring, with vacancies in food and beverage, revenue, HR, sales, and more. Candidates will have the opportunity to meet with representatives from each hotel and resort and learn more about the positions offered.

Some of the hotels and resorts participating in the event include:

• Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort
• Anantara Desert Islands Resort & Spa
• Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort in Anantara
• Anantara Banana Island Resort Doha
• Anantara Al Jabal Al Akhdar Resort
• Avani Suites Dubai Palm View
• Avani Ibn Battuta Dubai Hotel
• Avani Muscat

Several new vacancies have been added to the portfolio, which have also participated in job fairs, including:

• The Palm NH Dubai
• NH Collection Oasis Doha
• Anantara Doha Plaza
• Anantara Downtown Dubai

Given Minor Hotels’ ambitious expansion plans and the high level of employee satisfaction among hotel team members, there is likely to be intense competition for the advertised position.
