MoEngage partners with MySyara to increase customer value

UAE-based on-demand car care and technology company MySyara has partnered with MoEngage, an insight-driven engagement platform, to drive customer engagement and improve retention metrics.

MySyara has more than 50,000 downloads and is available in the UAE and Kerala, India. The brand engages with customers and makes it easier for them to own a car from buying to selling.

Traditionally, the car repair and service industry in the UAE has consisted of many mom-and-pop shops. As a result, car owners find it difficult to find all services under one roof.

To solve this problem, MySyara provides door-to-door service through an app, thus becoming a one-stop solution designed to provide convenience and trust.

Chirenj Chandran, CEO of MySyara, said: “We have seen a large number of customers using our app because it offers options such as an easy scheduler and discounted offers.”

“Our goal is to build and enhance the lifetime value of our clients. This is where we think our partnership with MoEngage will be fruitful,” he said.

Using customer engagement tools is not new to MySyara. Before partnering with MoEngage, the brand used internal tools to drive engagement.

However, there are significant gaps in MySyara’s engagement strategy due to various manual processes.

Additionally, internal tools limit brands from analyzing which channels are performing well and provide no insight into customer preferences in terms of channels.

This is how MoEngage as an insight-driven platform will assist MySyara by providing a single customer view. Using the same approach, MySyara will be able to assess customer preferences and affinity and effectively utilize each channel, namely email, SMS and push notifications.

The partnership will enable MySyara to leverage every touchpoint of the customer lifecycle journey and drive loyalty, thereby increasing engagement and becoming the “car of everything” for its customers.
