Motor City Pride Announces 2023 Entertainment Lineup

[ad_1]

Motor City Pride has announced the entertainment lineup for its 2023 festival in downtown Detroit next month.

According to event organizers, this year’s focus is on looking to the future and bringing groundbreaking LGBTQ+ artists to perform.

Performers include a 2023 GLAAD Breakthrough Artist nominee, Detroit Institute of Music Education and Assemble Sound alumni, seasons 14 and 15 of RuPaul’s Queen, and more.

“It’s been such an honor to bring together so many passionate entertainers for our diverse city. As the Entertainment Department develops this lineup for 2023, we want every community representative to be on stage as we do throughout the city,” said Director of Entertainment Darius Wheeler said in a statement.

The event takes place at Hart Square on Saturday 10 June and Sunday 11 June and will feature four stages of entertainment.

The Motown Pride Parade will also begin at 12:30pm on Sunday, June 11 with more than 100 vendors selling goods, services and more.
