Mubadala Health partners with Abu Dhabi Pension Fund

Abu Dhabi: Mubadala Health has signed a partnership agreement with Abu Dhabi Pension Fund (ADPF) to provide exclusive healthcare services to pensioners registered with ADPF. The agreement will lead to the implementation of individual health plans for pensioners. All new pensioners will join the scheme immediately. The agreement will strengthen the collaboration between the two parties, in line with Mubadala Health’s mission to achieve the highest levels of health and quality of life for the Abu Dhabi community. The deal will also expand social benefits offered to pensioners.

As part of the agreement, Mubadala Health’s network of healthcare facilities will provide healthcare services to pensioners through the newly launched Health is Wealth scheme. The first level aims to encourage pensioners under the age of 60 to receive early screening and prevention and treatment of chronic diseases, with special emphasis on adopting healthy habits and lifestyles to prevent and reduce common diseases such as obesity, diabetes and cancer. The second level A focus will be on healthy aging for pensioners over the age of 60 through the management and prevention of age-related degenerative diseases such as general fatigue, frailty, cardiovascular disease and cognitive impairment.

Under the terms of the agreement, the individual health plan will provide all pensioners with comprehensive annual checkups at Mubadala Health’s medical facilities, as well as treatment and follow-up. All pensioners and ADPF employees can access exclusive benefits and discounts on multi-specialty health checks, other paid services, and virtual and face-to-face healthcare events through the scheme.

Pensioners can book an appointment exclusively through Mubadala Health’s network and take advantage of individual health plans by calling toll-free on 800204. This includes Amana Healthcare, Capital Health Screening Center (CHSC), Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Imperial College London Diabetes Center (ICLDC), Healthpoint, Danat Al Emarat, the HealthPlus network of specialist centers and Moorfields Eye Hospital Abu Dhabi.
