The Mumbai High Court will hear Aryan Khan’s application for bail today.
After the special court rejected the request of the son of Indian superstar Shah Rukh Khan on October 20, his legal team moved the High Court to the High Court, which agreed to hear the case on Tuesday, October 26.
In a new development, Aryan Khan will be represented by the former Indian Attorney General Mukul Rohatgi and the Karanjawala & Co team. The team consists of senior partners Ruby Singh Ahuja and Sandeep Kapur. They have flown to Mumbai to join Aryan Khan’s legal team. The team has been partnered by senior lawyers Amit Desai, Satish Manshinde, Anandini Fernandes, and Desai Desai Carrimjee & Mulla Composed of Rustom Mulla.
According to the latest information, Aryan Khan’s bail request has been included in the number 57 of the Mumbai High Court.
At the same time, the bail request of the co-defendant Arbaaz Merchant has been listed on No. 64.

The Narcotics Bureau will oppose the bail of all defendants involved in the case in the High Court, including Aryan Khan. Whether Aryan Khan will eventually get out of prison remains to be seen.
Aryan was arrested on October 3, although he did not possess any drugs.
