Dubai’s Museum of the Future (MotF) recently welcomed more than 1,000 determined children, their families and caregivers as part of an exclusive tour to celebrate the museum’s first anniversary.
The children explored various exhibits at the museum, including the “Heroes of the Future” section designed for children under the age of 10. The exhibit encourages them to explore the world through a series of recreational activities centered on future-proof skills including curiosity, creativity, confidence, communication and collaboration.
Additionally, kids and their peers have the opportunity to learn more about the museum’s other exhibits, including OSS Hope, The Heal Institute, Al Waha, and the “Tomorrow Today” exhibit.
Majed Al Mansoori, Deputy Executive Director of the Museum of the Future, said: “Our valued visitors are able to learn about all the unique experiences that reveal the infinite possibilities surrounding the future. We are delighted to see them showcased in the various exhibits at the Museum of the Future Enthusiasm and joy when it comes to technologies, innovations and future opportunities.”
Since its opening, the Museum of the Future has welcomed more than 1 million visitors from 163 countries around the world and hosted more than 180 local and global events, activities, conferences in its first year after its official opening on February 22, 2022 and forums covering various future specific areas.
In addition, more than 1,000 international dignitaries, ministers, officials and experts visited the museum in the past year, including those from Korea, Estonia, Luxembourg, China, Greece, Hong Kong, Thailand, Rwanda and Mauritius. – trade arab news agency
