by Vidya : The children of actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui will now finally be able to return to their school in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), after being dropped out due to a family dispute. This came after a detailed intervention by a Bombay High Court judge.
The children appeared in the judge’s chamber with their mother Zainab Siddiqui, alias Aaliya alias Aanjana Pandey, and their lawyer, Rizwan Siddiquee, on Monday.
Defender Adnan Shaikh, representing the actor, apologized for his absence as he was stranded due to some issues related to an international flight.

However, Justices Revati Mohite Dere and Sharmila Deshmukh agreed to admit Nawazuddin Siddiqui and discussed the issue with him online. At first, the justices heard each side separately and then together.
As an interim measure, it was decided to send the children back to school and complete their studies in the UAE. A number of other interim measures have also been discussed, but legal intervention will continue and the court will hear the parties’ cases again in June.
The bench is hearing the actor’s habeas corpus petition to bring his children to court. Siddiqui’s plea said his children’s school in the UAE informed him that they were not attending school and that he did not know their whereabouts. Due to some problems that popped up, the actor’s ex-wife came to his place with their children.
