NBA YoungBoy will be locked up for 24 hours and cannot stay overnight at home in Utah while Bond is out

Although NBA YoungBoy is technically a free man, he will receive a 24-hour confinement at his Utah residence, where he will be placed under house arrest until he is tried.

Federal Judge Shirley D. Dick set the conditions for YoungBoy’s pre-trial release on Wednesday. It looks like YB will not have any overnight visitors. This means that anyone kicking it in his Utah mansion must be by 9 pm recover

In any case, there should not be too many people there, because there can be no more than three visitors in his home at a time, and all visitors must be approved by the judge. The order was obtained by The Shade Room and also stated that NBA YoungBoy will accept electronic location monitoring.

NBA YoungBoy paid a security deposit of $500,000 in Baton Rouge on Monday, where he was arrested in September 2020 on two federal charges including possession of a firearm as a felon.

A federal arrest warrant was issued against the young rapper and he was Arrested again in March When driving in the Los Angeles area, he has been locked up ever since.

After being refused bail many times, YoungBoy finally won the case after being released.

According to the document, other conditions issued by NBA YoungBoy include:

  • Do not violate any laws during bail.
  • Collaborate to collect DNA samples.
  • Before changing your residence or phone number, notify the court or pre-trial service office or supervisor in writing.
  • Appear in court as required, and if found guilty, surrender to serve the sentence.
  • Travel is limited to Central Louisiana and Utah.
  • Maintain or actively seek employment.
  • Unable to obtain passports or other international travel documents.
  • Avoid contact with any victims or witnesses in the investigation.
  • No guns or weapons.
  • Do not use or illegally possess narcotics or other controlled substances.
  • If requested by the pre-trial service officer or supervisory officer, a test for prohibited substances must be submitted.
  • Participate in drug abuse treatment and consultation under the guidance of the pre-trial service office or supervisor.

It is not clear when the judge plans to schedule YoungBoy’s trial, but we will keep you informed of any updates.
