On Monday, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) hosted the upcoming meeting of the Negev Forum Working Group, anadolu agency reports.
The meeting was held in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the UAE, and was attended by delegations from the UAE, Israel, the United States, Bahrain, Egypt and Morocco.
The Negev Forum is expected to take place in Morocco next month, with Israeli Foreign Minister Eli Cohen in attendance.

UAE authorities did not comment on the Israeli statement.
The Negev Forum was established in March 2022 in the Negev in southern Israel as part of a normalization agreement between Israel and four Arab states (UAE, Bahrain, Morocco and Sudan).
In March, the first Negev summit was held at the foreign ministerial level, at which working groups were established to strengthen cooperation in areas such as regional security, health, education, tolerance, water security and tourism.
The United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Morocco and Sudan have signed a US-sponsored agreement to normalize relations with Israel in 2020. Since then, they have strengthened ties by signing several agreements, including economic and trade agreements, as well as agreements to regulate the entry of citizens and flights.
