Delta Hotels by Marriott, Green Community Dubai is the second Delta hotel in the UAE and is expected to open in the fourth quarter of this year (Q4) following a rebranding of an existing hotel and will deliver the brand’s “simple manufacturing” Perfect” concept.
Delta Hotels by Marriott, Green Community Dubai will have 248 guest rooms spanning five room types, including executive and junior suites, and 287 square feet of meeting and event space, including The Hall, for large-scale business meetings and corporate events. Leisure facilities are expected to include an outdoor swimming pool and poolside bar, a new spa and a state-of-the-art fitness centre.
The hotel will offer a unique culinary experience, including the Masian restaurant serving international cuisine and shisha. The Hub Delta Bar, connected to the Maisan restaurant, will offer an emphasised menu in the evenings, as well as specialty craft beers and cocktails. Located on the ground floor, the Delta Pantry offers continental breakfast items, premium snacks and beverages 24 hours a day, free for Marriott Bonvoy Platinum, Titanium and Ambassador Elite members.
Close to Jebal Ali Port, Al Maktoum International Airport and Dubai Investment Park, the hotel’s contemporary design reflects the industrial nature of the area, featuring raw materials through exposed craftsmanship, eclectic furniture and accessories.
Raja Zeidan will serve as the multi-property general manager of the Marriott Delta Hotel in Dubai’s green community, and the now-established St. Regis Downtown Dubai, leading the rebranding effort and overseeing all design aspects, recruitment and strategy. With over 20 years of experience, Zeidan has extensive expertise in multi-property management, hotel renovations, renovations and openings.
