The New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office stated that a woman accused of a 9-year-old black boy accidentally breaking her son’s toy on a nearby playground, she would “kneel on his neck.”
In the complaint, the woman named Kristina Graper also claimed that the boy was a racial slander in an incident in May. According to reports, Associated Press.
The complaint alleges that Graper’s son pushed the boy, which caused the boy to “break the bubble missile or bubble bullet belonging to her son.” Her son ran home to tell her what had happened.
According to the complaint, Graeper was subsequently accused of returning to the park to find another child and threatening him that she would “kneel on his neck.” According to reports, a witness told Graper that her behavior was unnecessary, and then Graper allegedly started yelling at that person.
The complaint stated that she allegedly called the child a racial slander before returning home.
Graper’s race was not mentioned in the complaint.
The boy’s mother later reported the incident to the police. According to the complaint, when she met with them on June 1st, Graper denied that she would kneel on the boy’s neck, but said, “You want to know why you were (expletive) kneel”.
The complaint stated that the encounter reportedly left the child in a difficult position because he understood the comments to refer to the murder of George Floyd. The complaint stated that when he heard Graper’s words, he started crying and never dared to return to the park, only doing so when “other children were there to help keep him safe”.
The call and information left by the Associated Press to Graper have not yet been answered. No lawyer was listed for her in the case file.
