Abu Dhabi: Several new UAE ambassadors to friendly countries were sworn in at a ceremony in Qasr Al Bahr by President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
Sheikh Mohammed wished the diplomats every success in their mission to consolidate friendly and cooperative relations between the UAE and the countries concerned.
As far as the new ambassadors are concerned, they expressed their gratitude to the President for the invaluable trust placed in them and affirmed that they are proud to represent the UAE. They promise to work sincerely and diligently to serve the national interest.
Sworn in were the UAE Ambassador-designate Hussein Ibrahim Mohammed Ibrahim Al Hammadi to the People’s Republic of China, Mohammed Saeed Salem Al Neyadi to the Republic of Chile, Dr. Naryman Mohammed Shariff Abdullah Al Mu’alla to the Republic of Armenia and Hazza Ahmed Khamis Sultan Al Kaabi to Cuba republic.
UAE Ambassador-designate Hussein Ibrahim Mohammed Ibrahim Al Hammadi to the People’s Republic of China; Armenia’s Naryman Mohammed Shariff Abdullah Al Mu’alla and Cuba’s Hazza Ahmed Khamis Sultan Al Kaabi were sworn in.
The swearing-in ceremony was attended by Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Adviser to the Presidency on Special Affairs Sheikh Mohamed bin Hamad bin Ta Herun Al Nahyan, Minister Dr Sultan bin Ahmed Al Jaber Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, Minister of State Ahmed Ali Alsayeq and Minister of State Khalifa Shah Shin Almaral.
