Dubai is a favorite destination for football clubs around the world due to its warm climate and world-class facilities.
The latest club to head to the emirate is Saudi-owned Newcastle United.
Eddie Howe’s men will be in Dubai for a training camp this month, the Dubai Sports Council (DSC) revealed on Thursday.
Newcastle United are currently sixth in the Premier League and their goal is to qualify for the Champions League.
This is the second consecutive year that Newcastle have held a training camp in Dubai after visiting Dubai last March.
Premier League leaders Arsenal and Liverpool held a training camp last December and also participated in the Dubai Super Cup.
As well as Newcastle, the Under-20 teams of the Netherlands, Saudi Arabia and Mexico will also hold training camps in Dubai as part of their preparations for the upcoming games.
