The iconic Nobu brand is coming to Abu Dhabi. But residents of the UAE capital will be able to look forward to more than fine Japanese cuisine. Along with Nobu Restaurant, a beach club, luxury hotel and chic branded residences will open in Abu Dhabi in 2026. The Nobu Hospitality concept will open at the scenic Mamsha Beach on Saadiyat Island in partnership with Aldar Properties, forming part of the cultural Saadiyat Grove and food hub.
Within the stunning beachfront hotel, guests can stay in one of 165 upscale contemporary rooms and suites, and those staying at the rooftop Nobu Villas will enjoy a VIP experience. At the hotel, guests can enjoy Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s acclaimed Japanese cuisine at Abu Dhabi’s first Nobu restaurant, as well as three other restaurants and bars, and indulge in a wellness center and a series of swimming pools on the lower level enjoy. Guests can also enjoy a luxurious day club experience at Nobu Beach Club in Abu Dhabi.It will later become the second Nobu Beach Club in the UAE Nob by the Seawill open in early 2023 at the highly anticipated Royal Atlantis hotel in Dubai.
Nobu Hospitality will open the second Nobu-branded residence series in the world, where homeowners will receive their very own Nobu Residence in a multi-bedroom residence with incredible ocean views. Residences will benefit from unparalleled views of the Guggenheim Abu Dhabi, a film screening room, swimming pool and gym, and an upscale lounge. And if that wasn’t enough, there are indoor and outdoor play areas for Nobu’s little residents.

On the Mamsha Al Saadiyat waterfront, the Nobu Hospitality mall will add to its already impressive collection of restaurants, including what is on winner cheese cheese and Antonia.it will be part of a wider Saadiyat Grove Development, a mixed leisure, commercial and residential project that will connect Abu Dhabi’s large-scale cultural projects. These include the already open cultural icon Louvre Abu Dhabi and upcoming megaprojects the Natural History Museum, Guggenheim Abu Dhabi and Zayed National Museum.
