Nobu Hospitalit and Aldar Properties (PJSC) have announced plans to create a Nobu hotel, restaurant and residences in Abu Dhabi.
The Nobu Hotel on Saadiyat Island is due to open in 2026 and will feature 165 rooms and suites, including the stunning Nobu Villas. The hotel will offer unrivaled destination dining, including the magnificent Nobu restaurant, with stunning waterfront and Guggenheim Abu Dhabi views, alongside the famous Nobu Malibu. Guests have access to over 8 kilometers of pristine beachfront, a state-of-the-art health and fitness center, luxury swimming pools, and exclusive access to everything Saadiyat Island has to offer.
Located next to the hotel and just a 7-minute drive from the center of Abu Dhabi, the development includes sophisticated Nobu-branded residences. Nobu Residences offers multi-bedroom beachfront residences and penthouses with sweeping views of the Abu Dhabi Guggenheim Museum in the island’s most coveted location and will be one of the most sought-after and desirable addresses in the area one. Residents will enjoy the highest level of service, customized amenities, and exclusive access to extraordinary social experiences and events that can only be found at Nobu.
Saadiyat Island is a world-renowned leisure, commercial, residential and cultural center. Home to free-roaming gazelles, white-sand beaches and critically endangered hawksbill turtles, Saadiyat Island also has the largest concentration of single cultural assets in the world, including the Louvre Abu Dhabi, the Natural History Museum, the Abu Genheim Museum Zabi and Zayed National Museum and other famous attractions. Island guests and residents can also perfect their golf swing at the region’s premier oceanfront golf course, or simply relax on the island’s long stretches of powdery white sand and protected coastal areas.
Nobu enters Abu Dhabi in partnership with Aldar Properties, a leading developer of integrated, liveable and thriving communities in the Middle East’s most desirable destinations.
