Explain the background of you and the company in detail.
My Name is Nouman Sharif. I have graduated from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore. After getting valuable experiences from multiple companies, I established my own startup in 2018. Now, it’s an IT company “MicZon LLP.” We have a software house for mobile games development in Pakistan.
What are your goals?
This is quite a difficult question. I would try to elaborate that our main goal is to design a technology-based ecosystem for the mobile games business and to become an enabler for this line of business.
What do you feel is the biggest strength of yourself/your company right now?
Team building is the biggest strength of my company right now. We believe that the company’s success is linked with the team’s success.
What was the path you/your company took to get to where you are today?
Actually, it was very simple. As we had a startup, we started an initial team of three friends. However, with the sincerity of the team, we are now 50+.
Why did you start (or want to be the head of) this company?
Although my job experience was excellent and all of my previous bosses did support me a lot. However, I think I was dependent during the job, due to which several good ideas could neither be experimented with nor be implemented. I wanted to support my fellows, but I had limitations. That’s the reason I decided to start my own company, where I can work and support others as per my vision.
What have been the biggest challenges you’ve had to overcome?
As a startup, finance was the biggest challenge for us. Anyhow, my family supported me during that difficult time, and I tackled all the changes along with the team.

Consistent.
What makes you excited about Mondays?
For me, the actual excitement about Mondays is ‘to start what I have thought.’
What do you value most about your culture and vision?
Enabling the Human Resource to become professionals in their field and providing them a platform for the same is the most valuable thing in the vision as well as the culture of MicZon.
Tell us about a project that forced you to be innovative and creative.
The whole of our business model, especially since mid of 2018, forced me to be innovative and creative. So, actually, it’s the game of ideas that we are playing.
What are your company’s strategies, and how do they stand unique from your competitors?
Talent hunting is our primary strategy. There are a lot of people in our society who have a good brain, but they don’t have a good portfolio. Our competitors select people based on their profile, while we choose based on people’s talent.
What are the key values that helped you overcome the roadblocks/challenges in your career? Tell us something about your memorable incident in your leadership?
Four years back, after a few months, When I took the initiative of MicZon in 2018, a sudden change happened in the Mobile Games industry due to which a lot of Mobile Game Studios were shut down. That time was very critical for us. Anyhow, there was a key value that helped us very much, which was “Self Believe.”
How do you see the company changing in two years, and how do you see yourself creating that change?
We are an under development company. Technology, especially the IT industry, is changing rapidly. With the need for changes in the rapidly evolving modern age, we have to upgrade ourselves as well as our company.
Where is your leadership going? What benefits do your clients get from your company in this competitive world?
My leadership is training, monitoring, and enabling my team to achieve their professional goals. It is the actual strength of our company that enables us to meet the requirements of our clients.
What are the services/solutions or products offered by your company on par with the current industry standards? Tell us something about your upcoming products or services?
MicZon is a Mobile Games and Mobile Apps development company. We are providing development services to our clients. Nowadays, we are trying to create an ecosystem to provide a complete business solution to our clients, i.e., Product Designing, Development, Publishing, Marketing, Monetization, and CSR-based services under one roof.
