This latest renewal marks the second consecutive service extension for both companies. NOW UK-based Acrotrend Group began working with The Economist Group in 2020 to build the capability to define and standardize strategic and operational KPIs, provide key insights into acquisition, retention and engagement, and provide solutions to improve the experience of its subscribers . The company also created a framework to deliver a modern data platform to better meet the needs of The Economist’s marketing, finance and client service teams.
