The city of Dubai lights up the colors of the Omani flag to celebrate 51Yingshi Oman National Day began on November 17, when citizens of the country, UAE residents and tourists gathered together for a weekend full of excitement and fun.
On Thursday, November 18, some of Dubai’s most famous landmarks were lit up in white, red and green-the colors of the Omani flag. Pointe’s Palm Fountain displays specially choreographed water dance performances throughout the week. Al Ain Dubai, located on the Blue Water Island, surprised tourists with multiple Oman-themed projections. The Dubai photo frame also shines in the colors of the Oman flag and displays several projections with the theme of National Day.
The Dubai Festival City Mall also celebrated the Oman National Day on Thursday, November 18th, with a special screening of the Oman National Day “Imagination”. At 8 o’clock in the evening, the world’s largest outdoor projection screen showed two programs that broke the Guinness World Record. Shoppers can also enjoy a range of shopping and dining options on the waterfront of Ripe by the Bay, as well as irresistible discounts at various stores in Dubai Festival City Mall.
To celebrate Oman’s National Day, Dubai’s shopping malls, hotels and restaurants have launched a series of exciting retail offers and promotions, accommodation deals, and food and beverages throughout the joyous and celebratory weekend to welcome the arrival of family and friends.
