Omnicom Media Group Mena Promotes Ghazal to CEO

Omnicom Media Group Mena has announced the promotion of Saleh Ghazal as Chief Executive Officer of OMD Mena. He has been leading OMD’s UAE operations since 2017, first as General Manager and then as Managing Director. As Regional CEO, Ghazal will be responsible for managing the network of 12 offices.

The promotion coincides with OMD Global cementing its position as the world’s leading media agency, winning Media Network of the Year at the Cannes Film Festival last week and taking first place in RECMA’s 2021 Network Diagnostics report.

Over the past five years, OMD has transformed its products to help its customers not only meet challenges, but conquer and reach new heights. By precisely calibrating its talent, tools, technology and consumer understanding from a demographic, behavioral segmentation and psychological perspective, the network is able to adapt its service offerings to meet the changing needs of its customers. In this role, Ghazal will ensure that OMD’s award-winning excellence and best practices are deployed across the region and take the network to the next level.
