Special guest Yasser Algergawi, Director of Projects and Partnerships of the UAE Ministry of Tolerance, and distinguished guests from both countries also attended the event.
Indian artist Afshan Quraishi said: “We have a wide range of cultures, especially our common love for food and art. Even some of our folktales are the same. Pakistani artist Farhat Gul added: “Art is one of the main ways of communication that connects the world. It is a reflection of culture, politics and social dynamics. The work of Indian artist Akbar Saheb depicts the diversity of India, “Art is a reflection of people and their social background. It also unifies differences and brings awareness.
