Palazzo Versace Dubai, a leader in innovation and growth in the hospitality industry, will partner with Asksuite to launch the first AI chatbot integrated with ChatGPT functionality to improve guest experience.

In a unique step for the hospitality industry, Asksuite, the award-winning AI chatbot platform, developed a custom omnichannel guest automation chatbot for Palazzo Versace Dubai. Dubbed “ORA,” the chatbot is programmed based on the online user behavior of luxury hotel guests to improve response times and provide enhanced customer support.

Palazzo Versace Dubai on Jaddaf Waterfront, known for taking unique and unprecedented steps in the hospitality industry and pioneering new hotel experiences, recently partnered with Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency infrastructure provider, to give guests the option to pay for their stay in a variety of cryptocurrencies, Examples include BNB, Bitcoin, and Ethereum. The property has already established itself as an industry leader through the introduction of cutting-edge technology and business models, a position further strengthened by its latest partnership with Asksuite.

Asksuite integrated ChatGPT functionality into its AI, enabling luxury travelers to easily book directly while chatting with the bot, thereby enhancing the user experience of the chatbot. Palazzo Versace Dubai’s “ORA” will be available to hotel guests on the website, WhatsApp, Google, Meta messenger and Rooms (via QR code) as a comprehensive guide to help guests book rooms or suites, book restaurants, inquire and book spa services , and fill out inquiry forms for corporate meetings, social events, and weddings.

The bot also allows online shoppers to purchase premium gifts, cakes, bouquets and e-vouchers on Palazzo Versace Dubai’s e-commerce platforms, including the Flower Shop.

Rodrigo Teixeira, CEO of Asksuite, said: “For us, the Middle East market is a priority because there is a great need for artificial intelligence in terms of service automation, providing 24 /7, and the adoption of WhatsApp, which is also a channel integrated into our platform, is growing in the hotel industry in all countries. It is especially important for us to have Hotel Versace Dubai as a client because it is the One of the top luxury hotels in the area.”

Asksuite had a “first mover advantage” in introducing ChatGPT functionality, and today the platform has an AI comprehension rate of over 90% when customers use all the AI capabilities available within the platform.
