Putin did not disclose his name directly, but he has contact with Monaco’s secret assets through his colleagues, especially a beach house purchased by a Russian woman who reportedly had children with a Russian leader.
But Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov on Monday criticized the leak as “just a series of unconfirmed claims.”
Peskov said: “We have not seen any information about the hidden wealth in Putin’s inner circle,” adding that it is not clear “how to trust this information.”
The leak revealed that the $4 million property in Monaco was purchased through an offshore company at the end of 2003 for the woman-she is from Putin’s hometown of St. Petersburg-and she was previously reported to have a relationship with Putin.

Proekt last year described Krivonogikh as an elusive millionaire who lives in the former imperial capital of Russia and accepts expensive gifts from individuals connected to the Kremlin.
It said that facial recognition analysis of photos obtained by reporters revealed that Krivonojikh’s daughter is very similar to Putin.
