Paradigm Entertainment goes big again after talent agency layoffs

The parent company of Paradigm Talent Agency, a well-known company that once took steps to downsize during the pandemic, appears to be going strong again.

Paradigm Entertainment said Wednesday it acquired talent agency Napoli Management Group, Two Twelve Management & Marketing and 3 Kings Entertainment.

3 Kings Entertainment and Naples represent broadcast talent, and Naples’ roster includes more than 550 television anchors, journalists, weather forecasters and sports announcers in the United States. 212 Management Company represents more than 75 culinary stars and celebrity chefs.

The three businesses will be combined into one company called Paradigm Media Entertainment, Paradigm Entertainment said, without disclosing the financial terms of the deal or the total number of employees.

The acquired company is owned by Blue Equity, a Louisville, Kentucky-based private equity firm, which will advise Paradigm Media Entertainment and “commits to support its future growth,” Paradigm Entertainment said.
