Yas Marina Circuit is celebrating this year’s Global Running Day with an exclusive track day for runners of all ages to earn miles and test their fitness in 1 day^stone June.

Presented in partnership with the Abu Dhabi Sports Council, keen runners and families alike can head to Yas Marina Circuit for this year’s International Running Celebration, with prizes awarded for setting the fastest walking lap on the Yas Island circuit .

Wednesday from 6pm to 10pm^stone In June, runners can head to the iconic Yas Marina Circuit for fun-filled activities. Participants of all ages and abilities are encouraged to walk, run and even crawl as much as possible on the 5.28km Yas Island circuit to celebrate health and fitness in Abu Dhabi.

Families and people of determination with young athletes are also welcome to join in the festivities, with the evening being promoted as an event that embraces the joys of sport by testing their running abilities and even stepping into the sport every day.

Competitors will leave after an energizing workout with an array of exclusive giveaways and prizes, as certificates and commemorative t-shirts will be given to finish line participants, and timing trackers and refreshments will be readily available to support athletes completing their endurance races – Build training sessions and set the fastest laps on the track.
