Rather, they have to work on enhancing their skills. How? Mr. Saeed Alblooshi used to be a shy and nervous person. However, he tackled all the obstacles in his way and focused on improving this.

Saeed Alblooshi focused on different strategies to hone the art of speaking in public. This is why Mr. Saeed Alblooshi understands how difficult it is for some people to speak up in public.

To solve this issue, he founded “Speak To Impact.” Through this company, Mr. Saeed Alblooshi provides online courses and advises others on becoming a next-level speaker. Hence, they offer services to help people enhance their public speaking skills.

Explain the background of you and the company in detail.

I am Saeed Alblooshi, founder of Speak To Impact. The company was established in Jan 2022 to help entrepreneurs speak from the stage through a step-by-step framework to articulate their message, increase their influence, and make money.

Speak to Impact’s Custom Advisory provides customized, one-on-one, and group sessions for individuals and groups of people to teach how to build a strong foundation to be a speaker, prepare your talk, deliver your talk and become a next-level speaker.

Speak To Impact also provides online coaching sessions, including pre-recorded videos

and live group coaching to entrepreneurs who struggle with stress, nervousness, and shyness to speak in public and want to overcome these obstacles to speak better in front of people from the stage.

What are your goals?

My goal is to make an impact on the lives of others. Everyone has the knowledge, but we are concerned about sharing it with others because of the fear of people’s judgment and failure. We are also concerned about being liked or thinking we are not good enough.

What do you feel is the biggest strength of yourself/company right now?

Transparently, honestly, we care about our clients. That’s why we provide a refund if someone doesn’t like the program.

What was the path you/your company took to get to where you are today?

Courageous, taking risks & learning from the mistakes, and not being afraid of failure.

Why did you start (or want to be the head of) this company?

I want to make an impact. I want to serve the people. But, in addition, I want to tell them that being a speaker has not been taught at the school, but it’s a learnable skill at any age.

What have been the biggest challenges you’ve had to overcome?

Speaking in public. I used to tell myself that I wasn’t good enough nor had the support. In addition, I used to be shy and nervous. However, later on, I realized that they are just emotions and don’t define me.

Give us one word that describes you the best.

Courageous.

What makes you excited about Mondays?

At the start of the week, I am always so excited to speak with people and have a conversation with them.

What do you value most about your culture and vision?

People honestly. We are all the same, and the country is developing so fast. I am grateful for being here.

Tell us about a project that forced you to be innovative and creative.

It’s not about a project, but it’s about the purpose and why I am doing this. When I remember my Why, it pushes me through many challenges and projects.

What are your company’s strategies, and how do they stand unique from your competitors?

By putting my clients first. Building a relationship business and not a transactional business.

What are the key values that helped you overcome the roadblocks/challenges in your career?

When I discovered my purpose. When I remember how grateful I am and when I see the smiles of my family and kids.

They are pushing me through challenges. Even when I am tired and feel like not doing it, I am still pushing myself to make it.

How do you see the company changing in two years, and how do you see yourself creating that change?

Our vision is to help and serve the people. When we add value to others, everything gets back to us without releasing it.
