We got the privilege to talk with Dr Peter Kudera, an international speaker, advisor and investor. He’s the shareholder of multiple startups and the founder of ChainTech Technologies, a unique green mining company. In addition, he’s a blockchain ambassador from Austria who highly focuses on eco-friendly approaches towards success. That’s why he’s a green energy fan as well.
Peter Kudera is also a British Parliament and international blockchain events speaker. Furthermore, he’s a leading figure who’s innovative and stays up to date with the technological transition, along with active participation in the crypto industry. In addition to that, he is an exceptionally influential person in this sphere.

Explain the background of you and the company in detail.
I was born in Vienna/Austria, and left at the age of 27 years. Afterwards, I travelled around the world and became a commercial pilot. Later on, I ended up in Hamburg and formed the first private telecom in Europe.
How did I become a part of the digital assets market? It all started with my trip to Ljusdal, Sweden, and I must say that the place is enchanting in its own way, where I could see myself in a landscape engulfed by forests.
It all began when I was returning from Sweden to the airport in Stockholm to reach Germany through my flight. What happened was that I was unfortunate enough that my car ran out of fuel. The place was full of forests and lakes with no one present around. Somehow I managed to get to a petrol station, but that didn’t end my dilemma.
I only had options to give Swedish Kronas or Bitcoins to pay for the fuel. I only had Euros, a Debit card and a credit card. However, what I didn’t get was what bitcoins are. A man came up and showed me how it’s more convenient to pay using bitcoins. I got interested in the idea of Bitcoins, and that’s what took me here to this position where I run a company in London that focuses on digital assets, including mining trading and market-making.
What are your goals?
I aim to change the financial world where no banks in the world are “stealing” customers’ money. In Switzerland, We formed the first crypto bank regulated by Finma, Zurich and Switzerland, which is called Black 8 Bank.
We aim to move on to the next generation economies that focus on cryptocurrencies and blockchain ledger opportunities. I want people to know how to leverage opportunities in the crypto industry effectively. Furthermore, I also want them to know how to invest in cryptocurrencies and understand their potential.
I aim to add transitions to the financial systems globally with eco-friendly methods. For example, to generate electricity for specific crypto mining sessions, we use hydro plants, biomass and wind energy and aim to reach great heights through this.
What do you feel is the biggest strength of yourself/company right now?
The 8 years of knowledge about blockchain and crypto and my expertise on the same keep me forging forward towards a better future. That’s why it’s the biggest strength both for my company and me.
What was the path you/your company took to get to where you are today?
The transitions in the financial system made me get to this position. After the time when I got to know about bitcoins, I have been completely focused on cryptocurrencies and also on how I can add to the changes in the financial system worldwide. That’s why I adapted to the eco-friendly means of entering the world of cryptocurrencies and blockchain ledger technologies.
Why did you start or want to be the head of this company?
I wanted to explore more options as a leader and entrepreneur. In addition to that, as I stated earlier, I want to bring change to the financial world and bring more transparency to it.
What have been the biggest challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Talking to governments worldwide, leading banks and high-level economic persons and celebrities, like the Royal Family, VIPs, politicians and making them understand how my ideas can bring a better future.
It’s not been easy to make them clear about my perspectives and make them realize how my ideas can bring a better chance. However, I am not one to give up. That’s why I make them understand by better representing what I am thinking to do.

Innovative, fast in decision making. Ask me everything about the new financial world, and I will surely give you suggestions or ideas on how to make valuable decisions.
What makes you excited about Mondays?
I don’t have Mondays. It’s because I work 24/7 since the market never sleeps.

Always in time, style, behaviour, and being respectful are the main aspects of my culture and vision.

What are the key values that helped you overcome the roadblocks/challenges in your career? Tell us something about your memorable incident in your leadership?
I don’t have one specific, and everything is a challenge. If there’s no challenge, then then I don’t touch it!
How do you see the company changing in two years, and how do you see yourself creating that change?
We will be a leading company in the financial world. I myself am the “guru” of this industry.
Where is your leadership going? What benefits do your clients get from your company in this competitive world?
My clients are getting trust, loyalty, and the best service for their investments that are always clean and Sauber.

There are a lot of ideas we are developing! We are coming up with several new projects that will help us attain our goal to bring transition to the digital world.
