PlanRadar will demonstrate at Big 5 Dubai how its digital solutions can help construction and real estate companies increase productivity and efficiency across the building lifecycle.
The company is Europe’s leading site management platform for construction and real estate project documentation, task management and communication.
In a complex industry such as construction, communication and collaboration between different teams and project stakeholders play a key role in delivering high-quality projects. PlanRadar’s cloud-based platform provides a centralized source for all project information and communications, accessible anytime, anywhere. All project-related information is securely stored in one place and easily accessible by anyone involved in the project.
intuitive interface
The software’s intuitive interface makes it easy to find the latest versions of documents, plans and drawings, and track construction progress with real-time data and detailed reports. All stakeholders are kept up-to-date on the status of the project and issues can be quickly identified and resolved.
Facility managers attending the event will be able to gain a deeper understanding of how PlanRadar’s platform can help streamline facility management and building operations. By digitizing routine tasks and inspections, facility managers will gain full control over operating costs while easily scheduling and tracking maintenance tasks and routine inspections. This reduces downtime and ensures the facility is always operating at peak efficiency.
New QR code function
PlanRadar will introduce its new QR code functionality, enabling users to streamline and save time in their facility management and construction site processes. QR codes can be placed around the site to track issues or assets at specific locations.
By scanning the QR code with the mobile device camera, the user has immediate access to the linked ticket (task/asset information). This makes it quick and easy to reference specific details while on a construction site or maintaining a facility.
PlanRadar currently supports a similar integration and workflow using near-field technology, with the ability to link NFC tags to tickets. By adding a QR code, users can now select their preferred technology to use PlanRadar in the field.

Incorporating digital solutions such as PlanRadar will help deliver greener projects and improve the overall building life The productivity of the cycle.
