Prime Minister Sheikh Baz Sharif on Sunday thanked His Highness Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, for his investments in various fields in Pakistan.
The Prime Minister tweeted that Pakistan and the UAE are fraternal countries eager to further strengthen their multi-faceted relationship.
“Thanks to my brother, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, for the investments the UAE will make in various areas in Pakistan,” he tweeted.
“Both brotherly countries are very eager to further strengthen their multifaceted relationship,” the prime minister added.

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) plans to invest $1 billion in Pakistan’s economy and investment, according to official Abu Dhabi sources, the state news agency reported.
The move is aimed at exploring new investment opportunities, expanding bilateral economic relations and strengthening mutual cooperation in projects covering all sectors of the economy.
